The researcher studied Waqf formula that addresses part of the problems facing waqfs, and highlighted juristic and practical aspect.
The research showed the image of the Waqf integration, whether in the dignitaries or banks which achieves the safe financial investment of the endowments for the benefit of the same endowment and the continuation of its yield.
It also showed the treatment of disrupted or disengaged endowments, as well as low income endowments by finding a solution that would achieve their reconstruction, their usefulness and increase their revenue.
In light of global financial competition among huge capitals, this research confirms the ability of unified endowments to these competitions through the assembled endowments, keep cohesive in the face of the changes and challenges they face.
The researcher then concluded the study by stating some of the field applications of unified endowments, whether for individuals or large institutions, which showed fruitful and positive results, that confirms the importance and usefulness of this Waqf formula.
