The document of Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Qadi’s Waqf in his property known as Umm Hammar in Ushaiqer is one of the historical documents in Al-Washm region in Najd. Its history goes back to the first quarter of the eleventh century, particularly in 1015 AH. It is one of the Awqaf that combines the public charitable Waqf and the private family Waqf. This research studies this document historically concerning its elements, contents, and definition of the founder, endowed property, Waqf”s expenditure channels, founder’s conditions, document author, witnesses and copies, and the outcome of this Waqf at the present time. Furthermore, its contents have been analyzed from the Sharia prospect and linked with scholars’ views. This research was concluded by mentioning the most prominent benefits included in this document
