تمويل ريادة الأعمال الحلال عن طريق الوقف الجريء

سبق وأن قدم هذا البحث باللغة الانجليزية في: ENTREPRENEURSHIP, SUSTAINABILITY AND HALAL ECONOMY CONFERENCE, The College of Islamic Studies, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, 28-27 March 2022, Research Title: Financing Halal Entrepreneurship by Venture Waqf

تكتسب ريادة الأعمال الحلال أهمية كبيرة في المجتمعات الإسلامية، ومواكبة لذلك تزداد أهمية الجانب التمويلي للوقف في تمويل ريادة الأعمال. ويهدف البحث إلى تحليل ظاهرة ريادة الأعمال الحلال من خلال مقارنتها بريادة الأعمال بإطارها التقليدي، وكذلك مناقشة ظاهرة الوقف الجريء.

وفي المشاريع الريادية، غالباً ما يفتقر رائد الأعمال إلى الأموال اللازمة لبدء عمله التجاري بشكل صحيح ومعرفة ما يلزمه للانطلاق بعمله. ومع أن وسائل التمويل لمشاريع ريادة الأعمال متنوعة، إلا أن السائد هو الالتزام القائم على الفائدة، إلا أن ذلك لا يمثل الحل الوحيد للتمويل، مع أن توفير التمويل في مرحلة التأسيس أو في أثناء تطوير النشاط ليس أمراً سهلاً، لذا لا بد من البحث عن مصدر تمويل آمن وحلال. ومن جهة أخرى يحتاج رائد الأعمال إلى أن يكون متمكناً من ضمان قرضه، وكذا امتلاك خطة عمل متينة ومتماسكة، إذ إن عملية تمويل رائد الأعمال يكتنفها كثير من المخاطرة.

وإنّ الهدف من البحث هو اقتراح نموذج جديد لتمويل ريادة الأعمال الحلال ودعمها، من خلال اقتراح حاضنة الوقف...
